Delta To Offer Free WiFi On Most Domestic Flights Beginning February 1

January 09, 2023

On February 1, Delta will begin providing free WiFi to all customers on most domestic flights in the United States. Passengers will have to enter their SkyMiles number to access the free service.

Delta says it will offer the free service on more than 700 aircraft by the end of 2023.

That’s just the start:

The airline plans to offer free WiFi on international and regional aircraft by the end of 2024.

As Travel Weekly reports, the move will make Delta the first of the Big 4 U.S. airlines to offer free WiFi. Among the 10 largest U.S. airlines, only JetBlue widely offers free WiFi. Canada’s Porter Airlines recently announced that it will offer free WiFi on its new fleet of Embraer E195-E2s.
