Itinerary

1st Day: Canada - Night on board

Are you ready to experience the land of a thousand colors? Pack your bags and set off to your departure airport ready to check-in for a flight* to Delhi, India's vibrant capital! Night on board.
 

2nd Day: Flight

Continue on your flight to Delhi. Due to the time difference, you will lose a day on your outward journey but will gain it on your return journey. You are not in flight for two days.

3rd Day: Delhi

Arrive in the capital of India and transfer to the hotel for check-in*. Delhi is a city with an impressive architectural legacy that boasts a spectacular historical centre. The rest of the day is free to rest or to get to know this lively, fascinating city. Overnight stay in Delhi**.

4th Day: Delhi

Breakfast at the hotel. Today, visit Old Delhi including the Jama Masjid Royal Mosque and the lively Chandni Chowk Street. Ride a rickshaw around the Red Fort, the former residence of the Imperial Family.

Admire the Raj Ghat, where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated. In the afternoon, explore New Delhi, passing through the India Gate, the Mausoleum of Emperor Humayun, the majestic government buildings and the Presidential Palace. Overnight stay in Delhi.

Embark on a tour of New Delhi with a spectacular panoramic view of the city, where you will be stopping by its most emblematic sites, including the India Gate, the Mausoleum of Emperor Humayun and the Presidential Palace.

Tour of Old Delhi
Explore Old Delhi, seeing sites like the Jama Masjid Royal Mosque and Chandi Chow Street. End at Raj Ghat, where Indian leader Mahatma Gandhi was cremated.

5th Day: Delhi - Jaipur

Breakfast at the hotel. Leave by road to Jaipur, known as the Pink City. Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan, was built in 1728 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II. Its architecture is a magnificent confluence of Hindu, Jain and Mughal architectural styles.
Arrive and transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is yours to get to know this vibrant city. In the evening light, the pink-coloured buildings exude a magical glow, complemented by the camel-drawn carts that are characteristic of the streets. Overnight stay in Jaipur.

6th Day: Jaipur

Breakfast at the hotel. Set off for the Hawa Mahal, Palace of the Winds, on your way to the Amber Fort. Explore the majestic Amber Fort with a Jeep transfer. In the interior, cross the premises of the palace Jag Mandir and the famous Sheesh Mahal, a room embedded with beautifully bright pieces of mirror.

Continue with a city tour of Jaipur including a visit to the Palace of the Maharaja, former royal residence, where a part of it has been converted into a museum. Also experience the wonder of the Jantar Mantar, the largest observatory in the world, made of marble. Overnight stay in Jaipur.

Embark on an exciting Jeep transfer to the atmospheric Amber Fort! Here you can see the palace of Jag Mandir and the famous Sheesh Mahal, a room embedded with bright pieces of mirror, all the while imagining the glamorous lives of the Maharajas.

Photo Stop at the Palace of the Winds
Make a photo stop at the legendary Hawa Mahal, the Palace of the Winds, one of India's most beloved historic buildings with a fascinating past.

City Tour of Jaipur
Discover Jaipur on a city tour, including the illustrious Palace of the Maharaja, home to an informative museum. Afterwards, get to know a little about India's scientific achievements at the Jantar Mantar, the largest observatory in the world.

7th Day: Jaipur - Fatehpur Sikri - Agra

Breakfast at the hotel. Leave for Agra and along the way visit Fatehpur Sikri, an impressive historic town. Next, pass by Buland Darwaza, the largest gate in the world.

In Agra, experience the legendary splendour of the Taj Mahal, the ivory-white marble mausoleum on the south bank of the Yamuna river and a universal symbol of love. This UNESCO World Heritage Site was commissioned in 1632 by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan to house the tomb of his beloved wife. Afterwards, enjoy an afternoon drive back to Delhi. Transfer to the hotel and overnight stay in Delhi.

You will be required to walk short distances and climb some steps. Time will be spent both standing and sitting down. Visit the impressive monuments and temples of the Fatehpur Sikri complex, an abandoned city and former Mughal capital of India, built by Emperor Akbar in 1585.

Taj Mahal Visit
Enjoy an unforgettable visit to the spectacular Taj Mahal, one of The Seven Modern Wonders of the World. Soak up the views of this legendary mausoleum and snap a memorable photograph at Princess Diana's famous bench.

8th Day: Agra - Bharatpur - Ranthambore

Breakfast at the hotel and visit a UNESCO World Heritage site, the Agra Fort. Inside the fort discover the picturesque Pearl Mosque. After your visit, transfer to the train station to board the Kota Jan Shatabdi train for Ranthambore. Arrive at Sawai Madhopur station, near Ranthambore and be transferred to your hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in Ranthambore.

9th Day: Ranthambore

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast set off for an exciting safari in Ranthambore National Park. This area is very well known for its tigers, leopards and crocodiles and was once a Royal Hunting Park. Discover this beautiful park and perhaps be lucky enough to spot an Indian tiger in the wild. Lunch and after further exploring in the afternoon. The park is home to a majestic 10th-century fort and the beautiful Padam Talao, which has an abundance of water lilies. Dinner and overnight stay in Ranthambore.

10th Day: Ranthambore - Delhi

Early breakfast at the hotel before departing for your train back to Delhi. On arrival in Delhi transfer to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure to absorb the vibrant atmosphere. Overnight in Delhi.

11th Day: Delhi - Canada

Breakfast* at the hotel. At the indicated time, transfer to the airport for your return flight to Canada. Arrive in Canada and end your trip**.
